Access starts on your booked start date, when the facility is operational. Visit daily from 07:30–21:30.

After you book, we send the access information you need to enter the facility and your unit. Use our state of the art keyless smart entry system and follow the instructions in your email when you arrive.
If your access email has not arrived or you need help before visiting, contact our team. Customer service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Billing Periods
The billing cycle explained.
Your first billing period starts on the date you move in. We invoice every four weeks (28 days) from that date. You pay for four weeks at a time. No VAT is charged.
Enter NEW50 at checkout during our welcome offer for 50% off your first 8 weeks of rent. Contents protection is separate and excluded from this promotion.
When you are ready to move out, you can give notice at any time through your booking account or by contacting our team. One month's notice is required. Your access continues until 11pm on the anniversary of your last payment.
Weeks 1–4
First invoice: 50% off
Your first four-week period starts on your move-in date.
Weeks 5–8
Second invoice: 50% off
Keep the same discount for another four weeks.
Week 9 onwards
Regular rent applies
Your third invoice is at full price, then billing continues every four weeks.

There is no deposit and no admin fee. Your booking will show the selected unit's regular rent and the applicable offer before you confirm.
